Service Description

This traditional healing technique works with the body's natural energy fields to aid in relaxation, stress reduction and physical, emotional and spiritual healing. The session starts with my deeply listening to you and holding space for your journey. We then move to the treatment which will begin with a blissful Ayurvedic Head Massage, revered for its healing effects. Eliminate toxins, stimulate circulation and balance your energy center. This experience also includes, essential oils, smudging and sound therapy. As the treatment concludes I will share my discoveries with you.
